The GCS low-voltage combination switchgear is a new generation of low-voltage combination switchgear developed with reference to advanced foreign products. It conforms to international standards and has been widely recognized and adopted throughout the country.
The GCS switchgear is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, rated voltage 660V and below, rated current 1300A and below power systems. It is used for power, distribution, and motor control centers in low-voltage distribution systems of high-rise buildings, etc., as well as energy conversion, distribution, and control for capacitor compensation.
The product features high breaking and closing capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient organization, strong series and practicality, novel structure, and high protection level, serving as an upgraded replacement for low-voltage withdrawable switchgear.
The GCS cabinet frame is made of steel plate formed, electroplated and spray-painted, and assembled with screws. The cabinet frame is divided into functional unit chamber, busbar chamber, and cable chamber, and each chamber is isolated to ensure operational safety.
GCS adopts an interval arrangement, each electrical unit occupies an independent unit, and the functional unit drawers can reach 22. Mechanical electrical interlocks are set on the compartment doors. When connected, the isolation chamber cannot be opened; only when the switch is disconnected can the isolation chamber door be opened, and the switch position on the door is clearly visible.
The GCS drawer has four positions: working position (primary and secondary circuits are connected), test position (primary circuit is disconnected, secondary circuit is connected), separation position (primary and secondary circuits are disconnected), and removal position (drawer is removed from the cabinet). It ensures normal operation and testing and allows safe maintenance. Drawers of the same specifications are interchangeable, allowing users to quickly and easily replace drawers.
GCS has a reliable safety protection system, and each electrical unit has a triple grounding system.
GCS has a unique ventilation system to dissipate heat during operation and free gas pressure during faults, thus ensuring operational safety.
GCS has effective sealing measures to prevent dust and animals from entering, thus ensuring reliable operation.
