　　The HTXF-ⅢA and ⅣA integrated fire pump control and inspection equipment is a new type of fire pump control system that combines Taiyi Company's self-developed integrated fire inspection and control technologies. This system uses a PLC to control and inspect fire pumps via a human-machine interface. The equipment can promptly start fire pumps in fire situations and enter fire mode, and it can also perform daily automatic inspections, ensuring that fire pumps remain in a reliable operating state.

Functions and Features

　　Manual control function of the fire pump: Under normal circumstances, this control device is in a static state. When the equipment switch is in the manual position, pressing the button on the control cabinet allows manual start and stop control of the corresponding water pump. Automatic control function of the fire pump: When the equipment switch is in the automatic position, the fire pump starts promptly via a fire start signal from the fire control center or a fire hydrant start signal. The control method uses a main and backup system; when the main water pump malfunctions, it automatically switches to the backup water pump. The fire pump also has manual priority in automatic operation. Manual inspection function of the fire pump: The fire inspection controller on the control device panel displays the operating parameters of the pump inspection under normal circumstances. When the inspection switch is in the manual position, the inspection instrument interface displays the manual inspection mode, and the start and stop buttons on the human-machine interface can be used to start and stop the corresponding water pump. Automatic inspection function of the fire pump: When the inspection switch is in the automatic inspection position, the inspection instrument interface displays the automatic inspection mode, and the control device performs a sequential inspection of the fire pumps according to the cycle and time set by the inspection controller. Each pump runs for at least 2 minutes, and the maximum inspection cycle can be set by the user according to the actual on-site situation. Protection function of the fire pump control system: The HTXF-ⅢA and ⅣA control devices have overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, and phase error alarm and protection functions. When a system malfunction occurs, the inspection instrument sends a fault alarm signal via a contact, and the inspection instrument displays the location of the specific faulty water pump. Inspection record function of the control device: The inspection instrument of the control device can display the operating parameters of the pump inspection via the human-machine interface, and data can also be set and modified via the interface. The human-machine interface uses a Chinese menu and has a data memory function. The dual power supply, fire pump start, and inspection are integrated into one electrical control cabinet, and all functions required by national standards for fire pump control are achieved with only one electrical control cabinet. The equipment uses a small fire inspection instrument composed of a PLC and a touch screen for monitoring, which can control the start and operation of the fire pump and perform daily inspections of the fire pump. The equipment is equipped with a dual power supply switch to ensure that a backup power supply is available in emergencies. The equipment has a compact structure and powerful functions, making it particularly suitable for small enterprise fire control systems. It has the function of transmitting relevant information to the remote monitoring system. An automatic humidity control device is installed in the fire water pump control cabinet to ensure the normal operation of the components in the humid environment of the pump room. It meets fire protection requirements, has complete fire interfaces, and has reserved communication and printer interfaces.
