■ Product Overview

  The GHL low-voltage switchgear is a combination low-voltage switchgear produced by our company, and it is an upgraded product of the XL series. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 60Hz, rated operating current 1600A, rated operating voltage 380(400)V, 660(690)V and below power distribution systems, used for power distribution, lighting, motor control, and reactive power compensation. Due to its novel design and the use of a combination assembly for the cabinet structure, it has a beautiful appearance and is widely used in hotels, public utilities, high-rise buildings, and factories and mines.

■ Structural Features:

  The product consists of an enclosed cabinet, which is made of modular aluminum-zinc plated C-section steel, making it easy to assemble and disassemble, and flexible in combination. The component mounting plates are fixed to the uprights on both sides of the main frame. Automatic switches are arranged on the front of the cabinet, and display instruments, signals, and control buttons are mounted on the door. The system protection conductors consist of a PE busbar installed separately at the bottom of the cabinet and a conductive metal frame structure.

  The product can be installed indoors or outdoors. It has a reasonable structure design, good protection, reliable operation, and can be maintained from both sides. The product has added a small motor control scheme, which can be used as a unit to form various different power distribution schemes. The upper and lower units are separated by insulating partitions to prevent a failure in one unit from affecting other units.

  GHL is a combination low-voltage power cabinet with an operation door, an instrument door, and a control room door. All doors are active doors, detachable and installable. According to user requirements, the doors and cabinet body can be sprayed in coordinated colors. They can be used individually or installed in parallel. The wiring methods include top-in/top-out, top-in/bottom-out, bottom-in/bottom-out, and bottom-in/top-out.
