The metal material box-type power repair box conforms to the GB/T7251.3-2017 standard "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment Part 3: Special requirements for low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment-distribution boards accessible to non-professionals" and is suitable for distribution networks with a frequency of 50-60HZ and an AC voltage of 660V or less. It has functions such as overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection, providing suitable power interfaces for multi-channel power equipment.
Power repair boxes are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power plant, coal mine, machinery, light textile, port terminals, bridges, tobacco factories, food, airports, electronics, and automobile manufacturing industries, and are especially widely used in the rail transit tunnel section repair field.
This product has various structural forms, including surface-mounted box type, concealed embedded type, mobile type, and portable type.
The box material is available in cold-rolled steel plate and stainless steel plate for user selection.
The box is made by CNC bending processing. With a special waterproof groove design and one-time foaming process for sealing strips, the sealing degree of the shell is greatly improved. The surface of the box is rust-proof treated and electrostatic sprayed. The color can be customized according to user requirements. The surface of the stainless steel plate box is polished, wire-drawn, or electrostatic sprayed.
According to requirements, this product can be equipped with a transparent operating window, eliminating the need to open the door for operation, making it convenient and safe to use.
