The PC material power maintenance box conforms to the GB/T7251.3-2017 standard "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Part 3: Particular requirements for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies accessible to non-specialized personnel - Distribution boards", applicable to distribution networks with a frequency of 50-60Hz and an AC voltage of 660V or less. It features overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection, providing suitable power interfaces for multiple power-consuming devices.
PC material power maintenance boxes are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power plant, coal mine, machinery, light textile, port terminals, bridges, tobacco factories, food, airports, electronics, and automobile manufacturing industries, and are particularly widely used in the rail transit tunnel section maintenance field.
The box body is made of a special synthetic material (polycarbonate) using one-time injection molding. This material combines many advantages: high hardness, good impact toughness, dimensional stability, good insulation performance, good thermal stability, and good chemical stability (resistance to mineral acids, saturated fatty carbohydrates, gasoline, fats, and oils), and good flame retardancy (the material is extremely difficult to burn, and it can self-extinguish after leaving the ignition source). Because it is halogen-free, it does not produce corrosive acid rain vapor during combustion. The foam sealing ring is filled around the box body, reaching the high protection level of IP67 according to the EN (European Committee for Standardization) 60529/10.91 standard, with an impact resistance level of IK09, and a long service life.
This product has a transparent operating window, eliminating the need to open the door for operation, making it convenient and safe to use.
