The PC material power distribution box meets the GB/T7251.3 standard "Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment Part 3: Special Requirements for Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment Accessible to Non-professionals – Special Requirements for Distribution Boards", suitable for power distribution networks with a frequency of 50–60Hz and a voltage of 660V AC and below, with functions such as overload, short circuit, and leakage protection, providing appropriate power interfaces for multiple electrical devices.
The PC material power distribution box is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power plant, coal mine, machinery, light textile, port terminal, bridge, cigarette factory, food, airport, electronic, and automobile manufacturing industries, especially widely used in the field of rail transit tunnel section maintenance.
The box body is made of special synthetic material (polycarbonate) by one-time injection molding, which integrates many advantages: such as high hardness, good impact toughness, dimensional stability, good insulation performance, good thermal stability, and good chemical stability (with the stability to resist the erosion of mineral acids, saturated fatty carbohydrates, gasoline, fats, and oils). Good flame retardancy (this material is extremely difficult to burn, and this material can self-extinguish after leaving the fire source that promotes combustion). Since it does not contain halogens, it will not produce gaseous substances that cause corrosive acid rain when burned. The box body is surrounded by a foam seal ring, which has reached the high protection level of IP67 according to the EN (European Standard Committee) 60529/10.91 standard, with an impact resistance grade of IK09 and a long service life.
This product is equipped with a transparent operation window, which allows operation without opening the door, convenient and safe to use.
