A prefabricated substation is a compact distribution device that integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment into a single unit according to a specified wiring configuration. The substation base is constructed from channel steel and angle steel, while the enclosure is assembled from aluminum alloy panels, stainless steel panels, and aluzinc-coated steel sheets, with an electrostatic powder-coating finish. It exhibits exceptional resistance to intense solar exposure, radiation, aging, as well as excellent flame retardancy and thermal insulation properties.
