This project’s IoT-specific integrated fire-fighting control cabinet complies with the requirements of Drawing Set 19S204-1 and relevant standards specified in GB 50974. It features automatic dual-power switching, pump control, mechanical emergency start (directly actuating the contactor), automatic internal fire suppression, and internal thermal-decomposition detection and alarm—among other basic functions. In addition, it incorporates a touch screen for displaying and monitoring dual-power switching time; when the switching duration exceeds 2 seconds, an alarm is triggered. The cabinet also supports automatic low-frequency patrol inspections and automatic power-frequency patrol inspections (with one-button initiation of test procedures, eliminating manual intervention), automatic pump performance testing (automatically opening the electric regulating valve to set the desired angle, automatically uploading pressure and flow data to the control cabinet, automatically generating flow-head curves, and performing automated comparison), automatic end-of-line water-testing (automatically opening the end-of-line device according to the design schedule to verify whether the sprinkler system can start the pump within 5 minutes and triggering an alarm in case of abnormalities), phase-loss and open-circuit monitoring, voltage and current monitoring, level and temperature monitoring of fire water tanks and reservoirs with associated anomaly alarms, pump overload and overheating monitoring, water-immersion monitoring, and the capability to immediately override all other operational states upon receipt of a fire command, as well as IoT data acquisition and upload. When the control cabinet and the pump are installed in the same space, the enclosure protection rating shall be no lower than IP55.
