In this project, the intelligent end-of-line water-testing device and the intelligent test valve automatically perform tests on each unit in accordance with a manually set cycle. The inspection can also be manually initiated or stopped via the human–machine interface on the control cabinet. Moreover, the intelligent end-of-line testing function does not interfere with the normal monitoring and fire-extinguishing functions of the complete equipment set and its associated fire-water supply system. The piping and valve components of the intelligent end-of-line water-testing device and the intelligent test valve are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The intelligent end-of-line water-testing system can achieve coordinated operation through the host unit and an integrated IoT-enabled fire-control cabinet, thereby providing IoT connectivity.
