MVnex armoured metal enclosed switchgear is a high-performance distribution equipment carefully designed by Schneider, equipped with high–performance HVX encapsulated vacuum breakers with high parameters, complete solutions,and wealth of primary wiring scheme to meet the needs of different users and industries.
The MVnex 12kV product has two types of earthing switch operation methods: with operating box and without operating box.
General View
Metal–clad type, according to the definition of IEC 60298,consisting of four totally independent compartments.
Protection level: The housing is IP4X (in accordance with IEC 60529) The partition between compartments is IP2X.
Structure: Metal plates are made of coated aluminum zinc plate and electroplated zinc plate with good corrosion resistance.Spraying High-temperature spray epoxy powder.Insulation components With fire resistance performance.
Interlock
The switchgear is designed with a series of interlocks to prevent operator error.

Access to this compartment is possible from the front and rear of the
switchboard:
cable or busbar connection.
incoming line from above or below.
Voltage transformer/current transformer
(low voltage small-capacity CT or medium voltage CT).
Busbar compartment
Rectangular flat busbars are used and there are no fragile parts .
Therefore, this compartment does not require special maintenance
under normal operating conditions.

Sensors: mounted on the tube fixed outside the circuit breaker arm,connected to Schneider Electric multi-function protection devices.Current ranges from 25A to 4000A.
Security
The overall structure ensures that over pressure gases can be effectively released.
Each compartment is provided with a pressure relief channel that vents upward.
